Job Responsibilities
Promptly greet service clients on arrival with a positive, upbeat, and courteous attitude
Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
Conducting post-repair follow up
Resolving customer complaints
Continue to maintain Lexus''s value, quality, and integrity
Job Qualifications
Prior Customer Service and / or sales experience
Driven for results and Goal oriented
Must have attention to detail to fully satisfy client's needs
Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethics
Ability to fully explain value added service recommendations to the client
Ability to work hard with limited supervision
Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
Must have superb customer service skills
Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs
