Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales has been the Southeast's premier distributor of industrial and coin laundry equipment since 1976.
We provide sales, leasing, servicing, and parts for laundry equipment in a variety of industries.

Respect Integrity Ownership Team First Positivity Innovation Excellence The Install/Purchase Coordinator will ensure the appropriate, timely, smooth operational flow and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the Company.
Job Duties:
Proactively monitor inventory levels and identify purchase and process improvement needs Timely processing of purchase orders including reviewing orders for required information and accurately enter in systems Process purchase orders including cost analysis Manage all purchase order activities related to purchasing process including any issues that may arise Research potential vendors and challenges to supply chain issues Track orders and ensure timely delivery Follow up with vendors, supplies as needed and manage relationships Create and analyze reports Communicate to appropriate parties regarding any clarifications, inquiries, missing information Monitors delivery dates by sending reminders and coordinates with department to verify process completion Reviews price differences between PO & supplier and clarifies with the responsible manager and/or department Main contact for purchase questions and needs Other duties as assigned Skills:
Previous experience in supply chain and direct purchasing; inventory planning Data driven Excellent analytical, time management and decision-making skills High degree of accuracy/attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to problem solve and meet timelines/deadlines and offer solutions when barriers arise Demonstrates sense of urgency Must be able to successfully pass pre employment screenings including background check Maintain effective relationships and customer service mindset Able to work independently and in a team environment Demonstrated experience with ERP / purchasing software Education:
High School diploma required Must have purchase/inventory experience
