Day-to-Day Activities Supervise Route Managers/Technicians, Floaters.
Make Technician's driving routes daily.
Keep track of metrics/completed sales for each employee.

Run reports tracking employee's growth and struggles.
Provide necessary disciplinary actions when necessary.
Help in training of new employees.
Communicate with senior leadership for intervention when necessary.
