What you will be doing:
Fresche Solutions is looking for a driven and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team.
The CSM will play a key role in helping Fresche Cloud handle customer related activities.
This position will work closely with our sales and operations teams as well as help represent the company's interests in developing business and adding value In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Organizing and managing the entire process for onboardings of new clients Help customers and clients ease into the adoption of new products and services Monitoring the day-to-day running of client relations to ensure smooth progress Building and cultivating client relationships by understanding their needs and requirements Developing trust and acting as an ambassador for positive customer relations and experiences Supervising and ensuring follow-ups on implementation and maintenance of services Recommending efficient and proactive resolutions and optimized support paths to expand clients' business developments Designing and implementing value paths for clients and customers through incentive plans and mutually beneficial short, medium and long-term growth opportunities of services and products Developing mutually beneficial value offerings between clients and the business Translate client's strategic goals into concrete execution plans for business growth and added value Reviewing strategic goals and formulate proposals to help customers establish priorities and correct gaps in offerings with the operations, support and sales management stakeholders Establishing and maintaining open and trusting lines of communications with customers in order to obtain transparent feedback and ensure positive customer experiences Evaluating overall performance by establishing success and retainment metrics for implementation and maintenance of service offerings Maintaining open lines of communication with customers and clients Partnering with the sales team, create and establish strong pricing models to present to customers and clients Participating with the sales team in helping them meet quarterly and annual sales Working with the sales and operations teams to ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established sales regulations Coordinating with internal stakeholders to protect the company's interests in all agreements What you must have:
Strong track record of building trust with clients and maintaining strong business relationships Knowledge and understanding of the customer success process Excellent communications skills (Verbal and Written) In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.
g.
, sales, renewals, customer support, supply chain, finance, customer service etc.
) College Degree in Business, Communications, or related field Relevant industry certifications 3
years of related experience or 6
years of related experience with no degree Use of sales software applications, CRMs, etc.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) Understanding of technical terminology and concepts IBM i environment knowledge a plus Works in a transparent manner, with the utmost honesty and integrity, instilling trust Customer empathy Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills We are always looking for highly motivated, energetic, creative individuals who work well in a fast-moving team environment and are committed to excellence.
