Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing Set up orders and deliver to rooms within approximately 20-30 minutes.
Develop a complete knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service, and utilize that knowledge in the service of guests as needed.
Follow proper tray set up for all orders, including silverware, napkins, appropriate condiments, beverages, any special requests, etc.
Check complete food order to ensure all have been set on tray for delivery.
Develop a complete knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor and wine, complying with alcohol awareness procedures and complying with all applicable laws.
Promptly return check and payment to cashier; call back to guest after 5-10 minutes to see if meal is satisfactory.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
