Day-to-Day Activities As an Arbor-Nomics customer service representative, you will maintain customer relationships while providing support to technicians.
You will assist with payroll as well as other day-to-day activities such as answering the phones, processing mail and payments, printing forms and invoices, and maintaining customer records.
At times, you will be asked to post production for technicians and managers.
As a customer-facing representative, you will always have a calm and courteous demeanor.
You will exhibit superior problem-solving skills by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction, and following up to ensure the resolution.
What We Need From You High school or equivalent.
1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Must be able to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Must have experience with basic operations of cell phones and Microsoft office.
Ability to interact comfortably with customers daily by phone or in person.
Must be able to deal with customer complaints in a professional and positive manner.

What We Offer In addition to a $15 to $18 an hour compensation, you will receive full benefits, including health, 401K, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
