Responsibilities:
Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge

As faith would have it, we were each raised on a farm, and we like to think that we offer that farm-raised sensibility and care we put into each job with our special brand of customer service at Mountain High Mulch.
