Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, creating return labels and mailing them out in a timely manner - Handle outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain accurate and detailed records for CMS guidelines and policy requirements - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a insurance or DME customer service role is preferred but not required -Understanding of Medicare complaint process and record keeping process - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically - Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software or similar systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding service to customers - Ability to work with minimal supervisor after training is complete We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for career growth within our organization.
