00PM Duties:
Answer incoming calls with a warm and hospitable personality Schedule Service Appointments for customers calling in for any of the three Pugmire Dealership Locations Answer customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and care Connect customers to appropriate department(s) if/when necessary.
Make outbound calls to customers for business development purposes.
Respond to Incoming Chats and Text Messages within 4 min.
Utilize resources provided by Management in order to effectively communicate with customers.
Provide information about services and answer customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Available to work one Saturday per month (paid overtime) from 8:
00AM-1:
00PM Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
