Reflective Apparel Reflective Apparel Marietta, GA Marietta, GA $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour As a Customer Service Associate, you will bring your customer facing experience to Reflective Apparel to deliver distinctive and delightful interactions with our customers.
Providing the answers to any questions and concerns that our customers may have, adhering to customer policies and offering a positive experience when they are selecting and purchasing products and services.
The candidates should be able to work well in fast paced environment, with an attention to detail, and will report to the Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Works closely with customer service supervisor to increase productivity and drive metrics.
Answers customer calls and emails within a timely manner.
Safeguard all customer information.
Verify billing and shipping information for orders.
Keeps salesforce counts updated and correct.
Receives and processes all orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Pull and/or provide order information including order/invoice date, total, shipment dates and tracking information.
Escalates more complex customer inquiries to Customer Service Supervisor.
Makes outbound calls to follow up on accounts as requested.
Performs any other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Requires a high school diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience in a customer service environment.
Highly skilled in effective communication, written and verbal.
Detail oriented/strong attention to details.
Positive attitude with a winning mentality Excellent team player.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
