This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented, punctual and dependable.
JOB
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones & scheduling customer appointments - Communication with Property and Facility Management companies - Maintain technicians daily dispatch schedules - Maintain customer database with new and existing customers - Coordinating and facilitating customer maintenance schedules REQUIREMENTS:
- Dispatching experience is recommended - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure - Positive and outgoing personality - Advanced customer service skills - Organized - Ability to multitask - Strong ability to use Microsoft office, email and internet applications - Available to work overtime when needed - Excellent verbal skills - Professional phone skills - Strong interpersonal skills
Benefits:
