Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales located in Marietta, GA is hiring a Service Coordinator! Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales has been the Southeast's premier distributor of industrial and coin laundry equipment since 1976.
We provide sales, leasing, servicing, and parts for laundry equipment in a variety of industries.

Respect Integrity Ownership Team First Positivity Innovation Excellence The Service Coordinator position is the first point of contact in the service department.
This position will be fielding the majority of incoming service calls, logging them into the computerized service system, and assigning them to the appropriate technician for dispatch.
We currently have 25
field service technicians across the Southeast that are territory-based so you are primarily assigning the calls based on location/territory.
Technicians are tablet-based but occasional dispatching will be required.
Additionally, the Service Coordinator will field status calls, quote inquiries, schedule maintenance and service contract inquiries, and vended equipment inquiries.
This position will also be handling incoming calls from service technicians on a private line, requests vary.
Additional duties include invoicing service tickets, preparing and filing maintenance contracts, preparing and submitting service quotations, and assisting with general customer inquiries.
The Service Coordinator will report to the Service Team Lead and Service Director and will assist with any additional tasks as time allows and/or assigned.
May also assist other department managers as needed and when available.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8a - 5p.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and will be able to quickly process calls into the system for dispatch.
With an 21,000
customer database, attention to detail is a must.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Customer Service /Dispatch background in the service industry preferred.
Strong attention to detail Able to work comfortably and calmly in a fast-paced, high volume environment Excellent and positive attitude and strong team-player mentality Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem solve Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent organizational and time management skills A high school diploma or GED is required Must be able to pass background check requirements including reference checks
