M & M is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing top-notch customer service, setting appointments, and not leaving any leads hanging.
Experience in home services, taking inbound calls, and making outbound calls to track down busy homeowners to set appointments is required.
This position also requires a go-getter who has phenomenal phone skills and is at ease talking with homeowners and making their day.

Skills/Requirements Minimum of 2
years as a CSR/appointment setter for a home services company, preferred.
Highly proficient on computers and working in CRM systems.
Skilled at active listening and then positioning help based on what's heard.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Versatile, able to get along with all different types of people, well.
Able to learn / pick up new information swiftly regarding products and services.
Must pass a background check.
Reliable transportation (as this is an in-office position).
Attributes Prompt, highly aware of your time and respectful of other's time as well, required.
Naturally attentive to detail and well-organized.
Highly motivated and self-driven.
A passion for serving others.
Enthusiastic and upbeat, with a higher level of energy.
Calm and professional in busy periods.
Articulate and succinct.
