As the Senior Environmental Engineer (Level 3) in Marietta, GA, you will develop, administer, and implement Clean Air Act (CAA) environmental programs in accordance with governmental requirements. In this role, you will interact with federal, state, and local regulators to resolve compliance issues, establish permit requirements, and assist in federal, state, and local regulatory audits. Additionally, you will:
- Lead and/or support a variety of environmental programs related to RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, and other government programs at the local, state, and federal level. - Support the ISO 14001 program. - Assist with remediation, environmental reporting, and Go Green implementation. - Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and International Maritime Dangerous Goods regulations. Qualifications:
- Experience in Title V air permits, NSPS, and NESHAP - Experience in one or more of the following critical skills:
Environmental Program Management Environmental reporting Environmental auditing - Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Stormwater permitting (NPDES, MS4), Hazardous Waste Management, DOT Compliance Transportation of Dangerous Goods Emergency Management/Preparedness - Experience working with regulatory agencies at the federal, state, or local level Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - Minimum 5 years' experience in environmental compliance - Experience with ESH management system elements, such as ISO 14001/45001 - Experience in hazardous materials shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG) - Familiarity with union environments and collective bargaining agreements Other Important Information You Should Know
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
