Program Management Manager at Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA
The PM shall be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of all their programs and projects across the AMMM line of business. The individual shall be capable of monitoring risk and reporting to executive leadership and across functional line on program and project status, and interfacing with their customer counterpart. This position will report directly to the Program Director for Europe - Americans - Pacific Rim Basic
Qualifications:
o Full Spectrum Leadership experience (i.e. shaping the future, energizing a team, delivering results, building effective relationships and/or being accountable with high integrity and ethics) o Experience managing multiple complex programs o Experience communicating across all levels of leadership o Knowledge of contract and program management and familiarity with CPIF/FFP/CPFF type government contracts o Understanding of Earned Value Management principles Desired Skills:
o Experience or familiarity with the Pacific Rim region of the world and/or with Korea, Philippines, Taiwan - Program management / technical lead (engineering) or proposal management experience o Financial background or experience o Familiarity and knowledge of the C-130 or P-3 aircraft and associated missions o Team building skills o Excellent Communication Skills, comfortable interacting with mid-level DoD officers o Ability to travel in support of program needs o Engineering and aircraft familiarity Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level:
Secret.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
