Stock rooms as needed Associated task or activity Department Responsibilities Filing/populating medical records and physician transcription/dictation in patient?s electronic medical record.
Becomes familiar with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and is able to use it proficiently as a patient medical record.
Scans outside documentation into EMR as needed.
Excellence in Customer Service by partnering with health care team, patient and family Protects rights and dignity of patient at all times Maintains confidentiality Answers telephone and call lights promptly, notifies appropriate individual of need for follow-up.

Qualifications Centralized Patient Transport Nights - PRN as needed Kennestone Hospital Marietta Area Great Benefits Centralized Transport Unit Required Minimum Education HS degree or equivalent Required Required Minimum Experience Prefer hospital/medical experience Preferred Required Minimum Skills Basic computer skills required Ability to read and speak the English language.
Must demonstrate good communication skills and handwriting.
