Machinery:
Form, Fit and Seal - Production Line Duties and
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
Run diagnostics and creates a comprehensive report for resolution Chooses, aligns, and securely attaches holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and other materials on machines.
Maintains a safe and orderly production area Required Skills:
Ability to diagnose and research needs for maintaining production equipment.
At least one year of experience as a fully qualified machinist required Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
Works well independently and with others.
Good communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking Must be able to access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly if necessary Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures Schedule Monday - Friday, First Shift Education and
Experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
(Preferred) Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
