The successful candidate will perform various functions, such as inputting new orders that come in via phone, email, and the online customer portal.
This person should be a fast learner and able to get things done quickly and efficiently as our business in Marietta continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
Process new orders received via telephone, email, and our online customer portal.
Answer customer phone calls; provide appropriate solutions or direct them accordingly.
Update material quantities and add products as the apartment management team requested.
Print work order for the following morning Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding any issues with orders (measurement requirements, etc.
).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2
years of experience providing phone-based customer support preferred Ability to accurately perform data entry while speaking on the phone.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Proactive problem solver - takes initiative to identify, research, and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues.
Able to correspond effectively and professionally via email.
Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Shared Drive is a plus.
Flooring industry experience is a plus but is not required.
