NX Direct is hiring for a full-time entry-level Customer Connection Representative.
Our customer connection representative position is face-to-face with our customers in retail settings.
We believe connections are made in person and our results speak for themselves! We have major clients and contracts signed and are in need of an entry level professional with outstanding people skills and a desire to learn, grow, and have fun! This position is full-time and involves responsibilities in:
Knowledgeably speaking to customers about our products and services Creating a positive buying experience Answering all customer questions Keeping up to date with product knowledge Benefits & Culture of NX Direct The management team at NX Direct offers an environment where our team's ideas are not only heard but implemented.
