Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, and general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls from current and potential customers with reassuring and prompt customer service.
Ensure customers and all team members are communicated to in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide job file coordination that remains organized and detailed.
Customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Update lead tracking and job management systems as needed.
Assist in coordinating crew and job scheduling.
Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.
Assist other departments, as needed.
Position Requirements High school degree or equivalent, is required.
Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of Quickbooks, preferred but not required.
Strong computer and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to pass background screening successfully.
Compensation $17-19 Base Pay, based on experience Booking commission Paid Holiday & Vacation Days 401K options Health Insurance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
