MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Typing speed of 50
WPM along with high-level computer skills 3
years of call center experience with high call volume 3
years of customer service experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), or a similar industry Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience An average of 90% or higher QA/KPI scores Experience with CRM and scheduling software Must reside in the state of Georgia Preferred
