Responsibilities:
Office Support:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Manage and coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, both in person and over the phone.
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Documentation and Filing:
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for project documents, contracts, and other essential paperwork.
Assist in the creation, formatting, and proofreading of various documents.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and project-related activities.
Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Client Interaction:
Greet and assist clients, subcontractors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of client proposals and documentation.
Project Support:
Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in the preparation and submission of project-related documentation.
Financial Administration:
Support financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic financial and bookkeeping processes is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma required; additional administrative or business-related education is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
