Responsibilities:
Execute new hire processes; Manage the onboarding & pre-employment process for all new hires ; coordinate pre-employment activities and appointments (fingerprinting, drug testing, etc) Conduct phone screening ; coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants and candidates; maintain recruiting reports Assist with employee engagement efforts (I.
e.
employee newsletters, broadcasts and employee surveys) Administer employee information changes and ensure data integrity in HR systems (ADP, NetSuite, etc.
) Ship uniforms and new hire packages and any other HR related information Answer any employee queries related to HR issues Support the HR team with additional needs Ideal candidate skills:
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices Extremely strong organization, written, oral and interpersonal skills Strong ability in using standard productivity tools (Apple iWork ,MS Office) and Apple ecosystem High level of confidentiality, telephone etiquette and accuracy required Ability to multitask, effectively self-manage time and resources to plan and accomplish goals Detail-oriented; ability to focus and complete assignments in a timely manner Proven self starter requiring minimal supervision Familiar with ADP or similar HRIS Basic familiarity with NetSuite ERP Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast moving, constantly changing environment 3 years of experience in HR related position Salary:
$20 per hour Part Time Position Monday-Friday 9am-2pm In Person Location- 1640 Powers Ferry Road Marietta,GA 30067.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
