How would you like to help families navigate through the Medicaid process to get clients' benefits quickly and save them as much money as possible? Compensation:
$47,000 - $48,000 total compensation
Responsibilities:
Client Communication Submit applications Administrative support to Paralegal Create and manage client files Serve as point of contact for clients Serve as point of contact for nursing homes Follow up with DFCS Organize and maintain client case files Continuous client follow-up Request client documents to manage deadlines Management of client documents
Qualifications:
Client Service experience in a professional office environment required; experience in legal field preferred Case management experience a plus Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have strong follow-up skills to ensure deadlines are met Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate with clients in a crisis situation Honest and high integrity Proficient in MS Office, Mac OS, CRM Database exp.
