Job duties:
Customer check-in/out Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments Preparing rooms for upcoming customer use Laundry Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping the office Organizing paperwork Restocking supplies Qualities we're looking for:
A neat, organized, and energetic person.
Must be friendly and positive, good with customers, but also hard working and willing be on their feet a lot Someone who treats the place like their own.
Someone who can keep themselves busy and not wait for us to tell them what to do (or worse, playing on the phone all day long - it happens too often).

Flexible hours.
Saturdays are our busiest days, so we need someone who can work at least Saturdays This is a Contractor / 1099 position Job Type:
