o Current Georgia CNA Certification o 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified CNA Care partners o Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred o CPR/First Aid Certification preferred o Genuine passion for working with elders o Excellent customer service and communication skills o Ability to foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners o Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred) o Strong organization and time management skills Equal Opportunity Statement:
