We have a need for a full time Maintenance Technician!
Main job functions:
Maintaining all apartments and common areas
Plumbing
Performing minor electrical work
Performing other related duties

Qualifications:
The ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, floor care, and HVAC skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to lift 30 pounds
Must be at least 18 years oldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
