Maintenance Technician
Searching for a capable Maintenance Technician who will:
Repair all HVAC equipment and appliances
Perform exterior repairs to sinks and bathtubs
Monitor and change locks and make keys as necessary
This position requires previous experience and general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair needs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
