Compliance Manager. Job Location: Marietta, GA: Develop, maintain, and improve food processing quality control measures and general regulatory compliance measures and guidelines; identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop and implement corrective actions plans for resolution of problematic issues; institute and maintain an effective compliance communication program for company; develop an effective compliance training program, including training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers, collaborate with department heads and supervisory personnel to address compliance issues; assist in communications, audits and administrative responses to regulatory agencies; and provide reports on a regular basis to Senior Management. Incumbent will supervise 12 employees. Requirements: Minimum of a bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or closely related field of study & 2 years of demonstrated experience in project assignments.
