Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
Four (4) years of Business Continuity planning experience in successfully leading the development of continuity processes and procedures. Five (5) years of business process analysis and administration experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:-Expert in business continuity planning processes and procedures.
Strong knowledge of continuity strategies and leading practices.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business space and with service providers
Excellent business process leadership experience.
Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
Certification(s):
CBCP Preferred Additional Job information: Experience in a comparable organization (Finance or Banking) preferred
This position may be filled as a level II or Sr. depending on candidate experience.

Summary:
Responsible for executing the operational aspects as they relate to the continuity and recovery of business processes to include assisting Business Process Owners in the development and execution of business continuity plans and procedures and to provide input to reporting on the organizations business continuity capabilities.
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement business continuity planning and execution procedures. Work with business areas to determine business resources necessary to plan and execute continuity procedures. Work closely with test coordinators to incorporate lessons learned from testing into processes and leading practices across the business.
Provide information for metrics and reporting and drive production of relevant business continuity capabilities reports.
Facilitate assessment of business decisions on the business continuity processes and initiate improvements. Work with the disaster recovery team to provide business requirements for technology recovery and to assist with the alignment of technology resources with those requirements.
Facilitate the business process component of impact analysis and threat assessments.
Develop, Perform and Review business continuity plans and procedures. Assess impact of business process and organizational changes on continuity plans and processes. Assist with the administration of the Business Continuity Management System and the Emergency Notification System
Validate ongoing ability of business continuity strategies to meet business requirements. Work closely with management to promote and to provide necessary information and metrics.

Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
