AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM MANAGER

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes supervising or managing aircraft maintenance control work in one or more of the following areas:
planning, scheduling, coordinating and controlling aircraft or aircraft munitions maintenance work; managing aircraft or aircraft munitions maintenance operations; analyzing/supervising aircraft or aircraft munitions maintenance, repair or production operations in an aircraft maintenance organization. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Extensive knowledge of Air Force and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) operation concepts, aircraft maintenance, weapon, equipment or munitions systems polices and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of military operational principles, practices and organizations; ability to recognize the interrelationships of the various aspects of maintenance operating programs; and in skill in integrating and analyzing such information in order to evaluate overall program status. Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and procedures and skill in evaluating program operations to conduct studies and to resolve issues concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices and procedures. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors. Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiates complex issues and maintains good order, discipline and working relations. OTHER SIGNIFICAN FACTS PERTAINING TO THIS POSITION ARE:
1. This is an ART officer position. the incumbent is required to meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements. 2. Work schedule will be aligned to allow incumbent to fully participate in unit training assemblies. 3. the incumbent's regular assignments are ART duties; however, the incumbent may be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities. 4. May be required to fly in commercial and military aircraft to perform temporary/permanent duty assignments. 5. The incumbent will be required to obtain and maintain an appropriate security clearance. Experience:
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
