Experience:
Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-07 (or higher) grade level or equivalent in other pay systems (may have been obtained in the military, public or private sectors). Examples of specialized experience includes using knowledge and skills in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issue or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional, or substantive administrative support organizations. Recommending redirection of assets if necessary to achieve improved overall mission effectiveness. Providing a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. OR EDUCATION:
A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D., in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. NOTE:

You must submit a copy of your transcripts. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in- grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-07 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-09 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. In-depth knowledge of administrative and military personnel policies, procedures, Reserve mission, training methods and programs, rules, guidelines, and instructions. Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures. 2. In-depth knowledge of the automated systems, personal computers, hardware, and software. 3. Ability to analyze data/products. Knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. 4. Ability to plan, organize and direct the functions and staff of an organization; communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of training goals and objectives to manage and implement training goals for the CSS personnel. 5. Knowledge of management principles within both the civilian and military personnel systems, and the ability to integrate the civilian and military personnel aspects in order to successfully accomplish the organization's mission. 6. Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, administrative processes and procedures. PART-TIME OR UNPAID
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
