This is a clean unit that looks great and has the dual paddle design, good pan and paddle set included...I don't have the manual. A few hairline cracks on the plastic bezel around the view window on the outside, nothing major. My items are discretely marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
